We are towards the tail end of our project with Mitchell and his crew. We had a vision of adding a covered patio and French doors over a recently poured concrete patio in our back yard. He nailed it. Without his expertise I'm not sure we could have pulled this off. His attention to detail and craftsmanship is second to none. Professional and courteous and a joy to work with. Very, very happy customers!

Our estimate for work was clear and precise. The team was able to complete the work as scheduled and I am happy with the repairs and new fans and sod that were installed. Happy Home Projects was not the least expensive of those who bid on my project but they were one of the most professional companies I have worked with on a home repair/maintenance project. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal work done by Mitchell and his crew. I have had Happy Home Projects accomplish several jobs at my home. Everything from water damaged sheet rock repair, replacing a window with a french door to building a custom awning with a complex decorative posts. Mitchel came up with creative solutions for issues I had with several projects enhancing the end result every time. He always kept me informed about the schedule and changes to the schedule promptly. His crew were kind and courteous and did a great job dealing with some specific requirements for showing up to work at my home due to kids and a puppy. I have several projects that I am planning to accomplished and Happy Home Projects is the #1 contractor I will call to complete the work.

During the scoping process we went back and forth to make sure everything was included in our wall demo and kitchen remodel and he was super clear about what they can do and what it would cost. During construction he came to us with ideas to do things a little nicer or things that could save time. Every day in a good mood and an excellent team behind him. Our project was this past July and I've neglected writing a review, but we look forward to using them again for future projects and can not recommend them more. They even built us a temporary island while we waited to get our island reshapen.

My husband and I had them fix our ceiling after a bad leak. They retextured and painted. They were so kind and professional, and they did an amazing job! Highly recommend them!

In August, 2026, Josh and Raymond worked six consecutive days at our home. They were highly professional, on-time, good communicators, and they left a clean work area and hauled away all trash at the end of each day and after the project was completed. They replaced all of the stringers on our 15-step 4-stringer exterior staircase, and added a dual-stringer system for the two middle stringers. Ground contact pressure treated 2”x12” lumber was secured with hot-dipped galvanized or stainless steel fasteners and heavy-duty structural connectors. Josh and Raymond replaced three deteriorated fascia boards on our second-story deck, primed and applied two coats of acrylic latex paint to fascia and stringers, carefully prepped and applied two coats of high-gloss black Rustoleum enamel to 74 ft of exterior rail. My daughter hired them for a project at her home, where they also did an excellent job. Josh and Raymond are the best handymen I know.

Mitchell and crew did a fabulous job installing 2 doors in my unfinished basement! I am so pleased with them, that I am considering hiring them to do a closet for me!!

We had an insurance claim to replace our roof and some interior surfaces that were damaged. Mitchell and the crew were so helpful with our repairs. They were very respectful to our family and space. The rooms they worked in now look better than they ever had.

I had some drywall patching done to repair some water damage. Overall I'm really happy with how this project went. There were a couple hurdles but the guys at Happy Home had affordable solutions. I know I can't always count on home projects going to plan, but at least I have a trusted company to help. I will definitely be calling them back for future projects.

There was moisture under my kitchen sink that was not related to plumbing or caulking. Mitchell diagnosed the moisture as coming from gaps between the exterior window sill and the siding after rain. Ray sealed the exterior gap, and repaired the masonry and plaster under the sink. I’m very happy with the results.

Mitchell and his team were great to work with. Mitch explained the project very clearly and listened carefully to our concerns. His bid was very reasonable. Once the project started, it did end costing a little more than what was originally quoted, but we were prepared for that and it was nothing outrageous. I would 100% work with Happy Homes again!

We hired Happy Home Projects to reframe 3 doorways and install new doors. The team did a great job and we are very happy with the outcome. There were a few adjustments that needed to be made after the initial installs but Mitchell was very approachable and happy to return and make the fixes. We think this is where Mitchell stands out from other contractors. His respect for open communication from all parties and his approachable, happy demeanor. Thank you Mitchell and team! We had extensive remodeling done on our house-New tile flooring, new laminate flooring, walls, trim & doors painted. New barn doors installed between bedroom & office, a cabinet moved to accommodate media and a fully remodeled laundry/mudroom. Mitch encountered a few problems with existing floorings that had to be addressed and he did a great job of explaining the issues as well as handling the extra work needed to fix the problems. His attention to detail is unmatched. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We feel like it’s a new home!

Hired to work on my guest bathroom and they did a beautiful job! My bathroom is now the highlight of my downstairs! The gentleman were extremely helpful, professional and extremely well mannered!
